the management level is not clear, you will not be able to know who is your supervisor and to who you should tell your problems they are strict on the arrival time and leaving time and there is no flexibility when asking for WFH requests when sometimes you are not feeling like going to the office

Apart from good location, there are no other advantages.

Salary is received very late. Often not fully obtained. When I resigned I was owed three months salary. The company counts the workers as slaves. No bonus. No annual salary increase. Nothing. The company has an attitude of irritating employees.
