      Fraud Company Directionless CPO

      Pros

      - Nothing as such, directionless product head thinks knows everything. Does not even let the Sales Head who is cofounder speak his mind. - Co workers are insecure and anxious thats the environment you will find here.

      Cons

      - From day one you are bombarded with targets, The CPO thinks that the he is sales guru and needs customers from day one. Even with less and no know how of the products you are supposed to sell. Basically they are experimenting and will casually hire and fire without any remorse. - They will remove you without notice. - They wont pay you and will not adhere to the appointment terms - Please dont join this company they have a couple of clients and the way ahead is too bleak for them being an HR product they themselves do-not follow HR ethics. - FnF is a myth in this company

      Company must have taken the action because of Non performance of the candidate.Overall the Product is Very Good to enhance one's knowledge and skill, Team and the Management is completely supportive. Adhere with all policy of the company and irrespective of bad perfomance given the chance to improve and better oneself.

      Company must have taken the action because of Non performance of the candidate.Overall the Product is Very Good to enhance one's knowledge and skill, Team and the Management is completely supportive. Huge growth curve. In respect of salary, all employees get their salary credited on timely basis
