I am a current employee of Wichita Technical Institute of many years. I'm keeping this review anonymous, so there is no reason for me to lie. WTI has treated me like family. My time here has not only helped me professionally, but also in my personal life. I've gone through a lot of trials and tribulations, and I am grateful for the opportunity to grow in my profession, but more importantly I'm thankful that WTI stood by me when I was dealing with my personal life as it caused me to miss time at work. See, it's not just the fact that they allowed me to take tim off, but rather, they checked up on me with sincerity, not just "how you doin?" Don't take my word for it...if you decide to come and work here, you will see for yourself ..how we work as a team, starting off as coworkers, but also, i call these people my friends.

This once was a great school to work for. Good values, happy employees, teachers that care. Employees that would go the extra mile to help each other or the students.
