      There are no "pros" They talk about how great the school is in the interview, but it only took a few weeks to show it was a complete lie

      Cons

      Treated like a second class citizen Forced to mislead potential students or you will get written up Pay raises taken away no matter how hard you work Students are always upset because of outdated curriculum

      The atmosphere was friendly and people were nice to work with

      Cons

      Main Campus in Wichita was hard on Joplin, as they were micro-managing from afar and didn't truly know the students at the Joplin location. They wouldn't listen either and wanted recruiters and Financial Aid to do things that weren't reasonable in the time constraints they wanted.
