      Joplin campus was great to work for

      Pros

      The atmosphere was friendly and people were nice to work with

      Cons

      Main Campus in Wichita was hard on Joplin, as they were micro-managing from afar and didn't truly know the students at the Joplin location. They wouldn't listen either and wanted recruiters and Financial Aid to do things that weren't reasonable in the time constraints they wanted.

      Was great, as long as it was my class, like I was told in interview by Rod Moore.

      They changed my gradebook to push through students who should be dropped.

      1/2 day Friday. Most fellow employees that really seem to care.

      Cons

      The nepotism I have witnessed here from upper management is like none I have ever seen. The lack of team work and communication is awful.
