-Honestly, the free stuff, coffee, fruit, classes and such -Some nice people working there

Cons

-You'll feel like you are working with teenagers from a very rural area -HR inexistent, oh wait, they exist to organise the parties and gatherings. For serious issues, no one bats an eye. -Shallow and uncapable management, they don't even know what's going on in their own company. -If you work hard you are a weirdo, people are there just to look "cool" -Employees are being asked to leave good reviews

Easy (but not clear) promotions, enterprise gatherings, free Spanish classes, healthcare.

Cons

While based in Barcelona, If you are not Catalan, you aren't worth. People will immediately exclude you. This startup should just hire catalans to save the rest of us the hassle.
