Proces was smooth and you get to speak to a range of different people you might work with - which is very helpful to get a feel of the culture. I was asked to prepare one portfolio case study to present and answer in-depth questions on. I was also asked to do a live exercise (combination of a whiteboard session and a design critique) which I thought was really doable and specific - compared to high-time-pressure whiteboard only sessions - though it's more difficult to show your process so make sure you cover that in your portfolio case study presentation. The recruiter was really responsive and clear throughout the process on how to prepare and to answer any questions I had.
