Pros

- In the beginning it looks great: nice office, upper management seems approachable and you'll truly believe they care. That will last maximum 2 months. - 3 days trip to somewhere in France once a year, and a week abroad once a year.

Cons

- Management will make you feel you are not good enough independently of the results you are achieving, and this makes me think that's their global strategy to have people working not-paid overtime everyday. It will look completely different in the beginning but it will turn around very quickly and it will be sad and confusing. - Toxic work environment where even some people who have been working there for years are afraid of losing their jobs because many people are fired and many other have their trial period terminated unexpectedly. - Humiliating statements in front of other co-workers as a demonstration of authority or emails sent to a big group of people pointing out personal mistakes in a harsh way are very common. - Work-life balance is terrible. You will be working late everyday and you will have to work almost every weekend if you want to be good enough for the company. I was even receiving emails from recruiters during the weekends throughout the interview process, that wasn't a good sign at all. - Good engineering practices are little to nonexistent depending on your team. - All the good reviews the company has on this site are highly suspicious after seeing how the company works internally.

We are always trying to improve as much as possible and push our employees to share their feedback on the current organization and management to make sure that when there is an issue, we are working towards a solution. This is one of the reasons why we decided to set up the tool « Office Vibe » to collect every employee’s feedback anonymously on different matters. Our work environment is flexible and we never ask anyone to stay late, the only thing we do ask each of our employee is to be owner of their position and their workload. This means that you can organize yourself in regard to your current projects and objectives and decide if you need to stay a bit later one day and go home earlier the next. We established optional remote work on Fridays to make sure you could choose which task you wanted to work on during your week at the office and which ones could be done from home. Our recruitment team is always striving to answer as quickly as possible and although we do not encourage people to work on the weekend, we do ask them to be flexible should a candidat need a fast answer. Hire and fire company, sad but true

Pros

-great benefits - great salary -lots of freedom, yes, but...

Cons

-...this freedom is caused by many unanswered questions, so you gotta find the answers on your own. - people coming and going, management partly thinks that's ok, instead of learning from hiccups and dissatisfaction.... - communication problems: if you want to be an international player, you gotta think and speak international --> Englisch! - feedback is great! But feedback does not always mean negative things...

Pros

- Amazing salary and benefits. - Absolutely freedom and ownership to create games that the teams think that have potential to become hits. - Small team sizes. - Opportunity to take courses payed by the company (related to your job). - Very few HR / Management stuff.

Cons

- Deliver, deliver and deliver. There is so much pressure on delivering fast that often the quality is affected. - Games tested that don't show promising KPI are discarded without knowing the issues it had, so no learnings are taken from them. - No studio feeling, no sharing, the valuable information is often hard to find. - Feedback to HR / Management is heard but not actions taken. - There is no QA.
