Hello and thank you for your feedback! We’re sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations. We are always trying to improve as much as possible and push our employees to share their feedback on the current organization and management to make sure that when there is an issue, we are working towards a solution. This is one of the reasons why we decided to set up the tool « Office Vibe » to collect every employee’s feedback anonymously on different matters. Our work environment is flexible and we never ask anyone to stay late, the only thing we do ask each of our employee is to be owner of their position and their workload. This means that you can organize yourself in regard to your current projects and objectives and decide if you need to stay a bit later one day and go home earlier the next. We established optional remote work on Fridays to make sure you could choose which task you wanted to work on during your week at the office and which ones could be done from home. Our recruitment team is always striving to answer as quickly as possible and although we do not encourage people to work on the weekend, we do ask them to be flexible should a candidat need a fast answer.
