      Good company with a future.

      Pros

      I had a great manager and coworkers, which is the most important thing for a job. I found the projects I was put on to be pretty interesting. It also seems like a successful company so your shares will probably be worth something.

      Cons

      I didn't have many. At times it was a bit bureaucratic when designing a new feature, but it's probably worth spending time on that at the beginning rather than the end of a project.

      Great coworkers, excellent boss, unlimited PTO, remote work options, transparent leadership, good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Mismanaged money led to over 50 employees, myself included, getting laid off after I had been told to “go wild” with my events and office budget.
