The colleagues and team were friendly and supportive.

Cons

Pay is far below market rates, with little to no increment even after years of service—some employees only receive around $50 over three years. Management is biased, practices favoritism, and offers no opportunities for career growth; you’ll remain in the same role and salary regardless of performance. Despite generating revenue, the company prioritizes saving costs for the family owners, leaving staff with no welfare or benefits. The management is extremely stingy and enforces unfair employment contracts, often bullying employees rather than supporting them.

Nothing worth mentioning except for location easy to find

Cons

Family base business with management related to owner. Mostly foreigners in the office and local will be treated as second class citizens instead. Toxic culture, lack of support, old and dirty office environment
