WASTE COMPANY, DON'T JOIN AND SPOIL THE FUTURE
Pros
There is nothing good to mention about the company. Zero benefits based company. It's pathetic work culture and not a pure software company. No Employee Benefits. Management is like School culture (student and principal kind). They give you good package to impress you to join the company after joining you will feel why joined.
Cons
1) Management will ask Senior to provide forcefully bad review to terminate the employee, Seniors will provide otherwise they are in black list. 2) No leave policies (since they provide salary they expect you to work 365 days), any holiday means they keep compensation working on week end days, if you take leave you are black listed. 3) Officially 9 hours 30 min you should be inside office. And every week Saturday they will send email to come office. 4) No development projects and clear cut ideas about the development. 5) Before joining they will give FALSE Promises about the companies like Job Security, Time to learn New technology, bonus(note this is from your salary only and so on) don't trust are believe it. 6) Lack of senior professionals (many seniors don't know what to do in this products). 7) Many new joiners Experienced people will work just for few week or few months and resign it after knowing about this company. 8) Very bad infrastructure and work atmosphere.
