Pros

Remote Work, Unlimited PTO, Nice Coworkers

Cons

Tough product to sell, tone deaf leadership, just an overall bad product with an operations team that could not keep up with the lofty goals of the sales org.

Pros

Flexible schedule for the most part, enjoyed working from home most of the time, good benefits, and lots of tools to do my job.

Cons

Constantly changing pay scale and job duties. The last year I worked there, the bonus structure changed so that it was dependent more on my "team" so even if I was doing a great job and hitting goals, I didn't get great bonuses if we ALL weren't doing this. Even with a pay raise, I made significantly less my last year there than in previous years. Constantly changing managers with different expectations and rules. Rules didn't apply across the board

Pros

The people are wonderful and VERY supportive. Great environment and management.

Cons

Benefits are becoming a bit expensive, and the company is always changing things, which can be tough to keep up with.

Pros

Honestly, there’s nothing positive here except the ability to work remotely.

Cons

The massive layoff in early 2024 really marked the beginning of Vacasa’s decline, and the 2025 merger with Casago only made things worse. More layoffs, no job security, and the team leads we once had are all gone. Strong leadership has left, and what’s left feels toxic. Leadership now is passive-aggressive, disengaged, and misuses their power. Most of the remaining employees are just trying to find their next opportunity. I really hate being here. The pay doesn’t reflect the amount of work we’re expected to do. We’re overloaded with tasks, constantly navigating changes, and often bear the brunt of the owner’s frustration, even when we’re left in the dark by leadership and don’t have the full information ourselves.
