      Practice favoritism over performers and top management has no business acumen

      Good benefits such as medical insurance and staff activities

      Cons

      Top management practise favoritism. They only promote staff that they like even though they don't perform. Promotion should be given to staff wjo bring value to the company and perform excellently but here, the management don't care and ignore the staff who are much more competent and knowledgeable. They only promote someone they like without really evaluating their performance.

      - Structured corporate company. - GLC Owned. Low risk of closing down. - Used to be good. Now recovering. - A lot of new businesses, transformation being carried out. Need some time to see the fruit. - Flexible working time, location, casual

      Cons

      - Toxic HR - Idealist. Good ideas, poor execution. - Too many complacent employees / managers with over 20 years experience in the company refusing to change the old way - Policies in HQ are not carried out by SBU managements. - Lower salary compared to similar scale companies in similar industries. - Slow career progression. - Strong office politics, classic government working culture. - Too many unnecessary senior positions.

      Talented people, Courageous, Visionary, Idealistic & Bold

      Cons

      Stupid PGCEO, Useless Senior Management team, Useless Divisional Directors & Presidents, always press subordinates & SBU just to achieve their KPI’s.Talk about saving but keep their luxurious spending.Too many protocols.Demanding.No clear vision and directions for the company.
