Pros
1) Learn, grow & develop - the company provide good internal and external training which is good for self-growth and for the company itself. 2) Office environment though Shah Alam office was much better. 3) Good colleagues
Cons
1) No clear directions from the leaders 2) Lack of trust 3) Lack of accountability 4) Fear of speaking out 5) Little or no hiring from within 6) Still hiring for culture fit - especially the new management 7) Hypercompetition - unfriendly competition between employees. - this can be extremely toxic. 8) Poor management and leadership - Favouritism and not managing employees properly.
