- Structured corporate company. - GLC Owned. Low risk of closing down. - Used to be good. Now recovering. - A lot of new businesses, transformation being carried out. Need some time to see the fruit. - Flexible working time, location, casual

- Toxic HR - Idealist. Good ideas, poor execution. - Too many complacent employees / managers with over 20 years experience in the company refusing to change the old way - Policies in HQ are not carried out by SBU managements. - Lower salary compared to similar scale companies in similar industries. - Slow career progression. - Strong office politics, classic government working culture. - Too many unnecessary senior positions.
