Pros

Experience might be acceptable for recent college graduates looking to get their foot in the door. Julian (CEO), Nader (leads the PE vertical), and Ryan (AM leader) are solid individuals who stand out positively.

Cons

- Highest turnover rate I’ve seen at any company. I've seen some reps leave after just one day on the job - The role and OTE are oversold, only 1-2 reps hit monthly quota - BDR leadership takes no accountability for the team’s overall lack of quota attainment - There’s noticeable favoritism within leadership - Not all reps receive equal visibility or access within Salesforce - 10 week backlog for Professional Services, which impacts sales

Pros

For those who are willing to learn and put in the work, they are rewarded for it. Incentives are put in place for further learning, which in any other workplace is a minimum expectation. The director and management are far more accessible and happy to help than other businesses I've worked at in the past. You can also tell that the people genuinely care for one another.

Cons

A company restructuring early in the year made by the US HQ, hit morale, which affected the performance of a couple of the sales team who were already underperforming. You could tell that the UK management was not informed ahead of time and this undermined their authority with the rest of the team.

Pros

Above average pay which makes leadership feel entitled to treating you like crap. Average team lunches, some good people (mostly people of color guess you must stick together to survive this place)

Cons

Favoritism is ripe, they only promote their 'friends' filed with immaturity, lack of integrity and cowardice from Senior Dealership. It's laughable they put promoted someone with no real sales experience to a leadership position when others on the team have more corporate experience then again if you're South African or Australian you'll thrive there. Just a quick insight into TTT › do not bother joining if you have experience in the corporate world, this place is where careers die. They will micromanage you, you'll be led by those with less experience than you often left questioning if any of them have actually gone through the sales cycle, not to mention their dodgy licensing tactics (potential clients be warned). Can't wait for the team meeting that'll be had after they see this review, regardless a team member committed an act of gross misconduct (faking meetings to meet quota) and was still allowed to maintain their job seen as incompetent leadership covered it all up 'after investigating'. Can you guess why?... If you guessed favoritism you're absolutely correct, well done you! If you're considering joining, save yourself the hassle and stress... unless you're South African or Australian. Trusted Tech Is Career SUICIDE.
