Worst Management

Pros

Good for Learning languages like SV, Verilog during internship training.

Cons

There are many cons::- 1)Worst management. nothing is organized everything is chaotic. The employer expects release to be done in a very short time frame. 2) Company does not offer any compensation for overtime. Employees are made to work on Saturdays and Sundays almost every week. Even labourers are having better work life balance. 3) No appreciation for the hard work. 4) People work late nights sometimes till the next morning and are expected to be present on the same afternoon for work. 5) There is no discipline and professionalism in the management. 6) Nobody in the office cares about employees especially the management. They are made to work like anything everyday without giving a thought about their life/health. 7)Office area is also not very safe for people who stay late. There were many incidents of mobile snatching, eve teasing.

If you want to see the bad, you will always see bad. But when many of you who were sitting and writing these hate reviews just to get increments should have thought about those days when you had nothing but you got everything because of this company. Also, 1) If you had to work till late at night for the release work then that is a common culture in the semiconductor. 2) Comp off is given to every employee who works on weekends so write things that can be digested. 3) You always have an option of resigning but you want to eat and spit on the same plate. Because we all know that this is the only company that is very flexible with all its employees in every aspect. 4) We are a growing company and yes we do have a lot of pressure but that is what makes us learn and grow. You want to sit idle and earn hefty amount then there are enough companies for the same, you are most welcome to leave. 5) Cab facility is provided after 10 PM but if you don't want to use that facility then that's your issue, sir, company is nowhere to be blamed. There is a hundred more company in the same area and everyone has faced mobile snatching issue. You are not the only person or your company is not the only company in that particular area. So take precautions. 6) Employees should learn professionalism first because a lot many times the senior management changes their rules just for employees like you. 7) Star of the month is give every month and team parties are done. This is what we can do best at this stage. Again if you are looking for some big prize or trophies then this is not the right company for you. We do what we can do at max to please the employees. You can't expect a prize every month. At last, we all know the last 3 reviews are given by the same two or three employees because the same points and same terms are used in every review. To your surprise, we all know who wrote this review :) Stop spreading hate just for your personal grudges. Stay safe, stay happy.

Worst work culture

Pros

1. Good for internship. 2. Good for improving knowledge and skills.

Cons

1. Poorest and disgusting work culture 2. Don't think once for employees 3. Poor salary and 13-14 hrs working/day and mostly Saturday and Sundays are working for the employees. 4. No comp-offs 5. No security for people who stays back in night for work (sometime many were threatened and looted at gunpoint nearby while leaving from office ) 6. No appreciation for employees for their hard work. 7. No terms and conditions followed by company but they strictly want employees to follow their terms and conditions. 8. Take employees for granted.

Pros

Learning is good here only.

Cons

Too much workload. Salary is very less. If you get selected for good pkg. Then only they will give you hike and try to retain you. Management only gives the benefits to those who poke them. It is like machi market. Negotiation is the key. Bond amount is 3.65L. and 18% GST Extra. First they will promise to give hike twice in a year but after joining hike twice hike convert into single hike. Job stability is very less here.

1) Please also elaborate how you used to skip the classes that were arranged for you and how negative envt you created in the office. 2) Also let the people know how you behave with HR who are very polite to you and how the same HR used to bring medicines to your desk when you used to get sick every month. 3) GST is applied because you are leaving the company before the completion of your bond period and for that also we have to pay the GST when you submit bond amount. So why should we incur all the cost when you are not following the rule. 4) If you perform good we surely pay twice a year and also the twice a year increment policy was removed a long ago and later on it was informed to everyone that we have update our policy and now increments will be given only once a year. 5) Job stability is not less, you are talking about your stability because you don't want to work and when management gives you warnings about your performance you talk about stability. 5) And for almost a year and more you rely on your mentors and we do not gain anything from that but you do and for that also we are paying you but then again you want to learn here then as soon as you learn you switch and then cry about salary. 6) Before joining all the conditions are emailed to you but then just because you want job at that time and you know that you get to learn in truechip so you join the company and later on cry about the policies. Please grow up. This is not the way. Lastly, there are employees who are with us since the staring because they know work ethics and they know they are getting what they deserve at the right time. You want to work for a year and then ask for 15 lakhs so that's not how things work. I wish you all the good luck and I hope now you are in peace wherever you are. So enjoy.
