Pros
Well I lasted a month and it was full of tons of valuable lessons that made me a stronger person. Pros: Mostly cool squad of people, I loved the authenticity of each person and I got along with pretty much everyone other than one person who happened to be my "manager" which is why I only lasted a month. So my lesson from this was to make sure I vibe well with the person I'll be working closely with! And I know client agency life can get chaotic so I also learned I need to have more patience and compassion, and not come in trying to change things at lighting speed (whoops)! Eeryone was pretty cool for the most part.
Cons
Cons: Micromanaging at times can be real and was the biggest challenge I faced there but I think if I had a different manager, I wouldn't have been so micromanaged. Plus, I was the new one so looking back I should have had more patience with the process. SO I don't want to make any generalizations for the group and learned I need to fix aspects within myself to be better, it's a two way street and at the end of the day, just wasn't a fit! Always want to end on a positive note and thank TM for the opportunity to learn more and grow personally in such a short time and understand the value I bring (we're always our harshest critics so was cool reminder that I do my stuff and have a higher value than I originally thought LOL). And I really enjoyed the unique, authentic group of people that I did vibe with!! Wish yall the best ❤️
