There's a lot
-Under pay you for the work you'll be doing.
-No senior developer on the team.
-Previous teammate and I had very similar resume and our pay gap was 20k plus.
-Revolving door, the entire team is under a year with the company and the latest senior developer recently left.
-Wordpress PHP with okay file structure.
-The manger micromanages you even though the job application said "No micro-management."
-No training, you're given less than a week to learn the codebase before you're expected to push code to production.
-Terrible SDLC, no code reviews and you just push straight to master in a given client's project.
-Does not want to give you a laptop if you live outside of Pleasant Ridge, MI.
-Account managers are constantly pressuring you for exact estimations for projects and tickets.
-Agency life so it's stressful no matter what project you're working on.
-Vue JS is messy.
