      Toxic environment overshadows good pay and perks

      Pros

      Good pay, free lunch, and a nice workspace.

      Cons

      None of the perks matter if the actual work environment is toxic. There is no room for freedom of speech; your values and ideas don't matter here, even if they would drive a huge impact. The unnecessary micromanagement is exhausting - leadership could easily spend that time building something useful alongside employees instead of policing them.
