-If you are not currently on a contract, and they don't have something immediately available, they will act like you don't exist (no returned emails or calls). This is actually pretty typical for staffing firms, but Topdevz tries to position itself as something a little better.
-Payments to contractors occur once a month, in the middle of the month after the month worked. This means payment for the first week of a month's work won't be received until almost 6 weeks later. Other staffing firms I've worked for usually pay weekly, within 2 weeks of the work. This wasn't a deal breaker for me, just something to note.
-There is an obsessive push for hours. Not necessarily a bad thing since Topdevz will try to insure you are getting as much work as possible from the client. However, I found this to be a little obsessive at times. They would question any week where 40 hours wasn't worked or if you take a day off without telling Topdevz in advance.
