Pros

very high pay, good office.

Cons

Extremely toxic work culture, driven by CEO - (bordering illegal work practices in Germany), expectations of 40+ hour weeks and 100% availability.

Pros

Good pay and you learn a lot as it's a very fast paced company. Depending on your role, you get to travel a lot.

Cons

They value burnout culture, it's one of their values. They do not prioritize diversity, only 20% of the company are women. Strategy feels very disorganized. Outside the US, they do not offer a lot of benefits.

A Toxic Experiment in Leadership Failure

Pros

I am struggling to find anything genuinely positive. The only 'pro' I can mention is that the experience provided an unparalleled education in recognizing every possible red flag of a dysfunctional and actively hostile workplace.

Cons

The environment here is not merely stressful; it is actively corrosive and obscene. If you took the worst attributes of management—racism, sexism, severe egocentrism, and rank incompetence—and amplified them to the maximum degree, you would arrive at the leadership team of this company. Discriminatory and Hostile Leadership: The executive staff operates without emotional intelligence, relying instead on arrogance and a deeply ingrained bias. There is zero tolerance for dissent, critical thinking, or any form of feedback. Decisions are made not based on business rationale but on the capricious whims of individuals who appear to view the workforce as disposable assets rather than people. The systemic racism and sexism demonstrated by leadership create an atmosphere that is actively exclusionary and demoralizing to anyone outside the established, insular circle. No Work-Life Balance (Zero Boundaries): The concept of a personal life is actively mocked and punished. Employees are expected to be on-call 24/7/365. Expectations of immediate responses outside of core hours, during vacations, and even while sick are standard, resulting in chronic burnout and severe mental health strain. The only balance here is the constant push and pull between professional survival and complete personal collapse. Complete Incompetence: Management lacks the real-world experience and competence required to lead a modern organization. This creates chaos, endless re-work, and a constant shifting of priorities that ensures no meaningful strategic progress is ever achieved. The only thing they excel at is the execution of toxic control.
