Tools for Humanity interview questions

The interview process felt unstructured and unclear. There were no written requirements or well-defined problem statements everything was communicated verbally, for an entire app it's too much to remember. I completed what was asked, but the evaluation criteria seemed ambiguous. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and could benefit from clearer expectations and better coordination across interviewers.

Very responsive + kind people. Interview included screening round, 2 technicals (logic + coding), then a meeting with the hiring director. I also received a team chat. It was a relatively simple but incredible process.
