Pros

Fellow employees are for the most part nice, encouraging, and driven. Unlimited PTO and good people programs and management.

Cons

You push a lot of paper; lot of corporatized acronym speak and documentation that is likely aimed at high valuation -- not specifically a TigerConnect problem, but annoying nonetheless. Heavy on AI use -- again, take it or leave it.

Cons

Like any start-up, you may be subjected to yearly lay-offs as this company constantly restructures it's org

Excellent employee benefits and flexible vacation policies.

Cons

Frequent restructuring. The workload is not evenly distributed: some teams are overstaffed, while others are responsible for too many tasks, which ultimately leads to burnout among team members.
