      Unfortunate decisions. Lifestyle dogma.

      Pros

      Great team, team spirit is good. Great office. Agile approach

      Cons

      Bad senior management, no people skills, no long term vision. Seriously bad at making decisions. People are fired no apparent reason, when disagreeing. Management is demeaning towards software team, very sales driven, instead of quality driven. Aggressive sales pitches makes software team bend over backwards to come up with new solutions for old legacy software system, which is a nightmare to work with.

      Nice collegueas, great team and officies. Well educated professionals who Work hard to bring the company to the Next level

      Fear fear fear. The CEO has Penny pond foolish mentality and has a negative impact on moral of the staff. Nr 1 micromanager, has no clue about Marketing but Things he is the best

      Pros

      It is a very young and vibrant organization and I love it! Great people and good atmosphere. I like my job every day =) Almost forgot to mention the beautiful office with an amazing view..

      Cons

      I can't think of any serious negative aspects of working at Ticketscript. In the beginning I missed a bit teamspirit but they organize a lot of (team)activities now and that is working out!
