Pros
1. Only the product sold is very good in terms of asthetics 2. No proper attendance system, can come and go anytime
Cons
1. Nothing is in place despite being in business from 2009 2. System / software used are old and outdated. No ERP, WMS in place 3. No SOP in place, the founder decides and change it as per his mood 4. Salary comes on 5th of the month, this way the founder wants to stop people from exiting. 5. Offer letter doesnt speak about PF, takes people on consultant roles to avoid tax 6. No defined job role I hold no personal grudge or vendetta against anyone. If someone had previously written this here, I wouldn't have joined this place, and my contributions would have been far more valuable to an organization that truly appreciated them. The founder of the company presents an enticing vision and makes grand promises to lure new employees, but upon joining, it becomes quickly evident that the reality falls far short of expectations. Within days of joining, employees are confronted with the founder's erratic behavior (screamed at an outgoing senior resource in front of other colleague and humiliated that person to the core), which includes haphazard hiring and firing practices. Talented individuals are let go off without regard for their potential, only to be desperately begged to return when replacements cannot be found. The turnover rate in critical roles like finance is alarmingly high, as concerns over dubious transactions and disorganized records plague the department. One senior employee, overwhelmed by the chaos, departed after just a week, citing health concerns. But if you are a female with good connections and willing to agree to all the founders point of view; His entire persona will be different in terms of language, behavior, exchanges of messages and also taking out time for quick lunch. Despite his adeptness at presenting an appealing facade, the founder lacks a fundamental understanding of business ethics and operational knowledge. His focus on aesthetics overshadows any semblance of strategic vision, leaving the company adrift without direction or support. The company's chaotic management style and disregard for employee morale is some of the key highlights of a struggling good brand and will see a near death in future because of stiff competition in this space. Despite rubbing elbows with influential figures, the founder's understanding of business strategy remains superficial, relying on borrowed jargon rather than substantive knowledge. Longtime employees, trapped by circumstance or complacency, stagnate within the company, while fresh talent is driven away by the pervasive dysfunction and dirty politics. In sum, unless you find yourself desperate for employment, it's advisable to steer clear of this company altogether. And last but not the least, I hope it changes for good. . .
