I was invited for an in-person interview after sharing my CV. The process began well the HR followed up promptly to confirm my availability, and I attended the interview, which went smoothly.
However, post-interview, there was complete silence. My follow-ups over calls and messages went unanswered for weeks. Eventually, I received a one-line message saying “not selected,” with no explanation or feedback.
While I completely understand that not every candidate gets selected, the lack of basic courtesy and communication was disappointing. I hope the company improves its candidate experience and ensures more respectful, transparent communication moving forward.
