6yThank you for taking the time to provide a review. It is always helpful to have individual perspectives, even if it is not a positive reflection on us. That said, it is unfortunate that your review was full of inaccuracies. We would hope that if you truly believe your statements have basis (which I can confirm is not the case) that you will be professionally responsible to speak to either HR or a member of senior leadership. That’s the culture we work so hard to maintain. It is easy to complain. We expect our employees to be part of the solution by speaking with their manager, senior leader, or HR. Complaining without taking action only creates toxicity. We need employees who are dedicated to our mission and serious about what we do, and that may not be right for everyone. If it is not a good fit, we will help to transition those who want other career opportunities.
