* Very poor salary structure * They promise that employee will get hike, but during the time of hike they will give performance excuses and it happens with everyone * I have seen people getting fired without apparent reason * I have seen people not getting hike( reason- management claimed that person has attitude problems!!!! )

1) First they will hire a person after at least 5 rounds of harassment (those aren't interviews). 2) If they will hire a single person they will interview at least 100 students (i'm sure of it.) 3) The Hr will tell that they are going to give adequate training, but their is nothing like training stuff. they will give u a machine and keep u occupied for 10 hrs with some kid stuff for 15 days. after that they will give any ongoing projects if there are any (Most of the time there is none), if any one does a slight mistake, they will make sure that those will be treated like slaves. 4) On each day they will force each employee to work for atleast 10+ hrs. some times 12 hrs. 5) they will first tell u about alternate Saturday off, but if any one takes it they will punish them (sometimes physically and always mentally). 6) they offer a basic salary of 10k but never gave anything above 8k by this way or that. 7) No work life balance, the office starts at 9;30 sharp until the emplolyee breaks down for that day, 8) if any employee asks for a raise they will fire him over some crappy reasons. 9) every employee will be grilled at least 3 times a week. if its 2, then that person is lucky. 10) On each point, the so called management people (i.e. 2 and half morons) will tell lies about each and everything. 11) last but not the least, they will treat people like dogs, and belittle them at any opportunity they get, they will make one believe that, she/he is not capable of doing anything, she/he is nothing but a worthless. the will demotivate any person to its core.
