Pros
* You will be limited to learn new technologies * You wont be given any training no matter what * Once in every week you will hear that this company provides the best work culture * I have worked as a Developer here and trust me they will put you down whenever you want to try something new
Cons
* Very poor salary structure * They promise that employee will get hike, but during the time of hike they will give performance excuses and it happens with everyone * I have seen people getting fired without apparent reason * I have seen people not getting hike( reason- management claimed that person has attitude problems!!!! )
