      They are flexible as long as you complete your hours

      Cons

      1. They say, you start at lowest pay, but can negotiate in 3 months- they make sure to give u a bad review, thus cant negotiate on salary. 2. They say, they want you to point out the mistakes in the system. if you do, the management doesn't appreciate it

      Pros

      Good to learn software development life cycle. Smart co-workers with good php knowledge.

      Cons

      Undermarket pay, nearly everywhere else pays better in this field. Outdated tech stack with massive files of spaghetti code. Unfair distribution of workload. Lack of benefits: No flextime, no perks, standard health coverage. Little vacation time: the legal minimum 2 weeks.
