- Job stability - Great team members
Cons
- Slow moving/processes are outdated - Can be a toxic environment - "Figure it out", devs are always left with that line when needing better direction - Employee experience isn't always first, burnout is real, lots of employees feel undervalued. - Standard health benefits, they do not offer competitive benefits like most tech companies. - horrible dev management - the pay is low for the workload(~30-50k for devs?!?!?!?)
