Great learning experience with supportive teams
Pros
• Got hands-on exposure to product, operations, and cross-functional coordination • One of the best parts was working closely with the tech team to build the internal HRMS — it was a great learning experience • Supportive team culture, both professionally and personally • Senior leaders were approachable, supportive, and open to new ideas that could help improve the company • Work was diverse and gave me opportunities to take ownership instead of doing repetitive tasks • Performance was recognized with good hikes and appreciation • Had the freedom to explore ideas, learn new things, and implement improvements on my own.
