      Great Place for a Student to Work

      Pros

      Extremely flexible schedule (keys to the building for 2am access), Opportunity to advance, Your code actually gets deployed

      Cons

      Pay isn't amazing, government-like work environment and perks (almost none), many employees do the bare minimum which isn't inspiring, not the most exciting product

      Cal Poly students: get a job somewhere else

      Pros

      They're flexible with scheduling, you can even elect to work on weekends if your weekdays are totally impacted with classes.

      Cons

      Pay is pretty bad, compared to the other places in town that hire student developers part-time. It's not a very useful learning experience (except maybe if you're a freshman) because all they have you do is fix bugs found by the QA department and occasionally implement a minor feature if you're lucky.
