Where to even start?
- Useless leadership across the board, high turnover rate. They take pride in 41 new joiners in a year when most of those roles are actually replacements for the amount of people who leave. It is legit a revolving door. Founders are too stuck up and careless for the growth and compensation of the employees, freeze salary increases with no valid excuse and always blame it on the economy.
- Horrible people partners team, they can’t put two words together let alone represent other employees. The whole department is completely useless and unresponsive to any employee concerns or issues. There is no clear growth pattern or opportunities for advancement within the company, leaving employees feeling stagnant and unfulfilled in their roles.
-Leadership: The leadership within the company is also abysmal, with managers who are incompetent and lack the necessary skills to effectively lead their teams. There is a lack of communication and direction from upper management, leading to confusion and frustration among employees. Heads of departments look down on the employees and fail to answer concerns that impact daily work.
- Compensation: very low for a SaaS tech company that has 4 entities. They have invented a failed “point” system for a raise based on manager and peer review. It is literally a running joke.
- Growth: is the growth in the room with us? There are people who have been in this company for a long time that end up leaving for better opportunities as growth do not exist. The Finance Team for example has lost 6 people in the span of a year.
Overall, this is a toxic and unproductive work environment that does not value or support its employees. I would advise anyone considering working for this company to look elsewhere for better opportunities.
