      1. Tech Stacks are good.

      If anyone thinks that my cons list is baised then please ask the HR about attrition rate of this company and you will get to know about worst culture in company. I myself have interacted with many employee and they have complained about there mental health. 1. It is service based company but they mislead employee by saying that it is product based comapny. 2. Important position is acquired by inefficient people. 3. There is not much respect for software engineer. 4. They make employee to work 7 days week and on top of that they ask to work till midnight.

      You might receive good compensation package. Reimbursements are also good. Your voices will be (only) heard.

      Cons

      They work mostly on client projects without much consideration on their on own products. You might find yourself developing quick workarounds for individual customer's requirement at the earliest and hence you might face too much work pressure. If you love to follow best code practices, improving application performance or improve existing design patterns , then this is exactly that won't be expected out of you, here.That's only for the JD template. Code reviews are mostly a joke here. Be very careful if you are put in a client project team.

      A good place to start your career with, you will be provided a lot of support and time to learn in the starting. Flat organisation structure

      Cons

      Groupism CTC to Salary in and ration is really low Management process is very slow, it takes a lot of time to get one issue resolved. Employee satisfaction is low Not one of the best tech stack to work with
