Pros

Good environment for hard working employees who want to be judged by the quality of their work and skills they bring to the table. Hard work is rewarded here greatly, lesser employees don't last.

Cons

There has been turn over of bad employees and as a result, some good ones have suffered getting to where we are. Cancer needed to be cut out....good riddance.

Pros

Positive working environment with a strong philosophy of promoting within. Very focused on training and education for the employees. Striving to make not only the employees happy and comfortable, but they also have a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Cons

Sometimes it takes a while to let go of poor employees who may taint the company culture and/or bring negativity to an otherwise very positive environment.

Pros

I worked with the most amazing people. I did not fit in at first, but got to know these hard working, loyal people and knew that I had found a home. Everyone wanted the company to succeed. Some of us went without pay checks to make sure that it did. We were a true team. From the tech's to the amazing small office staff, we built the company together and were proud.

Cons

The company grew and everyone was excited, but the people that were there in the beginning were forgotten. That is the reason for the "turnover". The people that were loyal to the company meant nothing any longer. Bonuses were not paid, reviews were not given, promises that were made not fulfill. Loyal employees gave up. So sad. They changed Summit.
