      Pros

      immediate team culture at Learndirect was great whilst it lasted. Enjoyed working directly with those who needed it most

      Cons

      Senior managers and directors were poor, lacked knowledge and seemed to trust no one. Spoke of a ‘no blame’ culture but ended up like Orwell’s Animal Farm.

      Where do I start? A company that takes takes takes from. Employees. Poor management with Wayne. Hr sees disjointed.

      Nice people to work with in my team and office

      Cons

      The directors have no care for employees. Will hire, fire and make anyone redundant if they can save some money somewhere. No appreciation if you had to work extra hours and power happy management trying to micromanage but very poor at providing any actual work for team members to do.
