      Good team, company culture and compensation. Well structure remote working culture. Opportunity for growth both for employees and the company Discussion and sharing of opinions encouraged

      - Autonomy, trusted to complete one's own work with zero micromanagement - Getting a say in the projects, and the processes we follow - Good salary - Very fair management - Sprint happily accomodate your career growth goals - Very flexible work hours & environment - Great clients & projects - Always learning - Not that much pressure - Great team

      Cons

      - Small business (and team), so if you like big corporate environments or thrive in busy, bustling offices, this might not be for you
