      Pros

      Colleagues are easy to get along with. Location easy to find.

      Cons

      Micromanage, higher management only cares about own profit, does not care about employee happiness, have to reply texts and emails and calls and do work even on mc leaves or overseas, deduct pay even when few min late.

      Good money for part-time and undergraduate, able to interact with both local and foreign students

      Cons

      Management level mess up, my pay was miscalculated at one or two times but it was not much.
