Colleagues are easy to get along with. Location easy to find.
Cons
Micromanage, higher management only cares about own profit, does not care about employee happiness, have to reply texts and emails and calls and do work even on mc leaves or overseas, deduct pay even when few min late.

Super micromanage. Management is damn bad. No empathy. Very stingy. Terrible pay. They will try to squeeze you dry.

Colleagues are supportive and encouraging. Although it's a mainly Chinese-speaking environment that I need to adapt to, the environment is overall quite healthy and everyone generally works well together | Convenient location | occasional celebratory events | Work-life balance and flexibility

- Workload can get quite overwhelming at times, but generally can learn quite a lot of things from my role the industry | Not for someone who is seeking high remuneration | Profit-driven
