An excellent managed service provider. Family atmosphere, given freedom to do my job without micromanagement. Owners are top notch truly interested in the best for their employees and clients.
Fairly relaxed environment. I was not micro managed.
Cons
The owner doesn't seem to have a clue. No matter what his employees say he seems to have his own way to do things and does it his way anyway. For a small company they didn't seem to care much about the employees. The pay rate is very low for the industry. Probably 10-15k less than similar jobs in similar area.
