Pros
My experience with this company was deeply disappointing and emotionally draining. The CEO sets a troubling tone for the entire organization. He routinely insults employees in front of large groups during meetings, creating a culture of public shaming and fear. His behavior reflects a belief that he is above others, with little regard for the fact that he is dealing with real people whose livelihoods depend on their work. Employees are frequently threatened and pressured to work harder—not for shared success, but seemingly to increase profits that do not benefit the staff. The management team, having spent their entire careers within this company, lacks external perspective and fosters a hostile environment where growth is stifled and dissent is punished.
Cons
There is no room for open dialogue or feedback. You are expected to follow orders without question, and those who earn higher salaries are often asked to leave, regardless of their performance. I have personally witnessed employees being let go in such a harsh manner that some broke down in tears at the office. This was the worst professional experience I’ve had. I would strongly advise others to think twice before applying. In my opinion, remaining unemployed would be less damaging than working in such a toxic and demoralizing environment.
