Good organisation to learn about Management politics, inactive teammates and horrible CIO/COO
Pros
1.Flexible working hours and it depends on which team you are working. 2.Providing WFH for only Bangalore location employees (they'll start very soon) 3.Salary credits on time even though if they fire you without any Notice period you'll get the payment.
Cons
1.Poor management and internal politics. 2.Culture is worst, with no respect for individuals. 3.Inefficient recruitment - I really dunno why they are hiring and firing the employees. The recruitment structure is worst. Nobody wants to hire in their teams. For the sake of interview process they'll take the interview and reject. 4. Smartapp's great India CIO/COO doesn't have any work to do and other than that he'll involve into the all teams and decides what they have to do. If they'll not listen or agree with him he'll immediately reports to CEO or the Founder. 5. If India CIO/COO does not like the person/developer/any team member, he will blame and fire that person. Everyone in this organisation afraid of him. 6. CEO or the Founder knows everything about the India CIO/COO, many employees resigned b'cz of him but still they won't take any action against him. No matter what CEO listens to all his problems and queries, if he doesn't like somebody they'll throw him out within a day. 7. I don't recommend to join in this organisation.
