Good product, can be used in multiple industry for digitization of business processes. CEO - Admire him for the product, the vision and passion toward creating a world lass product
Cons
Poor leadership in India. CIO India is poor in people management, biased, doesn't give room for growth and perform. Scared of loosing his importance. Doesn't like people interacting with CEO directly. Starts to put people down always. Keeps feeding negativity. Every individual in India is scared of loosing their job. CEO - passionate but fed with only negetivity from India. Does not have a clue of what's happening in India.
