Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. As Sisu's new revenue leader, I appreciate the challenges of delivering outcomes for clients in any job. My goal at Sisu is to remove as many of these challenges as possible, while helping building a world-class team and sales culture. While we are only two years into our journey as a company, I'm personally encouraged by our strategic vision and long term plan, and I'm glad we've spent the time necessary to ground our execution both in a clear understanding of the market and based on what's possible with ML today. As you stated, it's important for the whole company to be aligned to the company vision, and that's why we're encouraging everyone at Sisu to internalize this vision, raise questions, and contribute to its evolution. I hope you are participating in the discussion groups around our company vision and strategy that are coming up this week.
Regarding the happiness of our team members, we of course take this very seriously and, as you mention, have tried to solicit feedback both directly and anonymously on a regular cadence. It sounds like we can do better here, and we will. If you are comfortable sharing more in an upcoming 1:1, I have regular 1:1s scheduled with all members of our sales team. And finally, I want to thank you for contributing to our culture of Winning Together – we don't grow without voices being willing to share.
