      Pros

      Thoroughly enjoyed working at Simitri for a few years. The environment was positive with a great location. Management invested in staff and allowed opportunities for growth if desired. Excellent international exposure available whilst working with intelligent and committed consultants across the globe.

      Cons

      Nothing significant. If you are not self motivated and a self starter then you might find the style of management not to your taste.

      Pros

      Good onboarding training and support. Young team who are independent and self starters. Work from home offered, extra leave days and mental health days. They provide flexibility if you need to leave early or start late.

      Salary is in mid range.
