- Mean-spirited, dictotorial & utterly anal management style - Boring, out-dated, one-dimensional and overly theoretical training content - Totally unwilling to listen, value and respect contractor's expertise & experience - Poor pay, extremely 'cheap' on expenses and even make you pay Simitri to attend their abusive, demeaning totally worthless 'train-the-trainer' induction.

They have a library of very high quality content. Very professional throughout.

Sometimes the focus is too much on just selling a program, saying yes to whatever a client says in order to close a deal, rather than really focusing on designing a program that will have the most positive learning impact. Consultants are disconnected from that process. Rates are not competitive.
