This company is a joke. Ethics has no place in their dictionary. They fool people during recruitment by saying that the notice period is 2 months , when it is actually 3 months. They tell you Saturdays are off before joining, but actually it is working. They promise you variable pay as part of CTC and ensure that you never see that money. No one knows how they are rated, because there are no KPIs to measure one's performance ( I told you that the company is a joke). HODs cannot string few sentences in english to save their life. Expecting them to work diligently is asking for the moon. Their ultimate aim is to butter the MD and be useless. Replying to emails or returning phone calls are found completely unnecessary by employees. Company has no investors and is hanging by the threat. They pay obscene amount of money to people , who have zero talent and keep hoping that they will eventually perform. These people.make their money and get out quoting bad work environment. Company has no OCS, no teleconferencing facility, and literally no other technologies, but oh this is a tech company and they have a fancy tech interview portal just to lure you in ! Beware . If you are interested in growing professionally, stay miles away from this company . Even attending interview for experience is worthless.
